Welcome to Limitless Styles Barbershop, operated by Rakili Style LLC (we, us, or our). By using our website, booking an appointment, joining our waitlist, or opting into our text messaging program, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. SMS and Text Messaging Program

By opting into our text messaging program, you consent to receive automated text messages from us regarding your queue status, check-in confirmations, and appointment reminders.

Program Disclosures:

  • Message frequency varies based on your appointments and waitlist activity.
  • Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
  • Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt-Out and Assistance:

  • You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the number sending you the messages. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
  • If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly by emailing info@thelimitlessstyles.com.
  • You can also manage your communication preferences directly by updating the SMS Opt-In toggle in your Account Settings.

2. Appointments and Waitlist

By joining our queue or booking a service, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel appointmentsbased on barber availability or shop capacity.
